Binatex was appointed to execute the interior fit-out works for the public areas of Hilton Burau Bay Langkawi Resort, focusing on delivering a warm, functional, and refined hospitality environment aligned with the resort’s design vision.

Our scope of works include interior finishes, custom-built joinery, ceiling and wall finishing works, as well as detailed fit-out installations across designated areas. Emphasis was placed on achieving high-quality workmanship, durability, and seamless integration between aesthetics and operational functionality.

Natural textures, warm timber elements, and refined detailing throughout the space creates a welcoming and timeless hospitality atmosphere. The completed interior spaces achieved a balance between design intent, practical usability, and hospitality standards, delivering an elevated experience for guests and visitors.

The open space dining environment was completed with a welcoming spatial concept that enhances the connection between the interior space and the surrounding natural landscape.

Perforated timber screens, feature ceiling details, and integrated fit-out elements were carefully coordinated throughout the space to achieve a refined resort-inspired ambience. The custom-built stone counter, showcasing a textured natural stone finished further contributes to the architectural character of the 

environment. The completed space delivers a balanced combination of aesthetics, comfort, and hospitality functionality aligned with contemporary resort standards.

The bar and dining area was completed with a resort-inspired interior featuring distinctive curved counter, warm timber finishes, and integrated ambient lighting that enhance the overall hospitality experience.

High ceiling elements, vertical timber detailing, and natural material textures contribute to the spatial character while creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere throughout the space.

Careful coordination of finishes, detailing, and fit-out elements ensured a seamless balance between functionality, durability, and aesthetic quality, resulting in a comfortable and elegant hospitality setting aligned with modern resort standards.

The space features a soft contemporary hospitality environment defined by curved architectural forms, warm timber finishes, and integrated ambient lighting. Organic seating arrangements and custom-built 

timber elements create a welcoming atmosphere while enhancing spatial flow and guest comfort. Feature shelving and sculptural joinery elements were carefully crafted to complement the overall resort-inspired interior concept. The combination of natural material tones, smooth curved elements of the joineries, soft lighting, 

and open spatial planning contributes to a refined and relaxing hospitality experience aligned with modern tropical resort standards.
