The renovation of the Marriott Hotel public areas focuses on redefining the spatial experience through a careful balance of materiality, lighting, and functional planning. The project encompasses extensive interior fit-out works, including the transformation of lounge and dining spaces into refined, contemporary environments that cater to both business and leisure guests.
The design introduces new partitions, feature walls, and bespoke elements that enhance spatial flow while maintaining openness. Timber finishes, metal accents, and integrated lighting create a warm, contemporary atmosphere.
Feature elements such as vertical screen fins, custom shelving, and layered wall treatments add depth and visual interest. Existing materials, including stone finishes, are retained and refined to ensure continuity.
Floor and ceiling finishes reinforce the spatial identity through refined profiles, upgraded materials, and coordinated lighting, creating a cohesive and polished environment.
Through this renovation, the Marriott Hotel public areas are transformed into a sophisticated and functional setting, delivering an enhanced guest experience aligned with contemporary hospitality expectations.
